Baggy Omelets

ingredients

  • 2 Large eggs
  • Cooked sausage, bacon, or ham
  • Assorted chopped vegetables (onions, bell pepper, etc.)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Crack eggs in a ziplock bag. Add shredded cheese. Add meat and veggies salt and pepper to taste. Put baggy in a pot of boiling water for about 5 to 10 min. Cut top of bag and eat.
