Ingredients
- 4.5 oz OvaEasy egg crystals
- 4.5 oz Real bacon bits
- 1 tbsp dried green onion
- 1 tbsp dried bell pepper
- Butter or oil
- Salt & pepper
- Tortillas
Instructions
Mix egg crystals according to package instructions. Rehydrate onions and peppers in 3 tbsp boiling water Saute peppers in oil/butter in frying pan
Pour egg mixture in pan with peppers and onions Add bacon bits and cook until eggs are firm.
Season to taste Serve in tortillas
