Backpack Breakfast Burritos

The secret to great backpack meals is quality ingredients. Real bacon and real eggs makes this meal a winner.

Ingredients

  • 4.5 oz OvaEasy egg crystals
  • 4.5 oz Real bacon bits
  • 1 tbsp dried green onion
  • 1 tbsp dried bell pepper
  • Butter or oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Tortillas

Instructions

Mix egg crystals according to package instructions. Rehydrate onions and peppers in 3 tbsp boiling water Saute peppers in oil/butter in frying pan
Pour egg mixture in pan with peppers and onions Add bacon bits and cook until eggs are firm.

Season to taste Serve in tortillas
