Backpack Alfredo

 This was one of those “let’s see what I can do with these” type of experiments that came out so good I had to make a lot of it! Don’t throw away food, especially those little pouches that come from take out pizza. I also keep ketchup packets, sugar packs, and salt and pepper thingies in a large zip top bag in my pantry.

NOTE: Don’t keep the ketchup too long because it doesn’t keep forever.

Prep time: 5 min
Cook time: 15 min

Ingredients

  • 1 pk Ramen noodles (discard broth packet)
  • 4-5 Parmesan cheese packets from take out pizza
  • 1/4 cup powdered milk or 3 or 4 Mini-Moos non-refrigerated cream packs
  • 3 Black pepper packs
  • Salt packs to taste

Instructions

Add salt to pot of water
Bring to a boil
Add ramen and cook according to label instructions
Simmer
Add powdered milk or Mini Moos
Slowly add Parmesan cheese powder while stirring until pasta thickens Serve with black pepper

Notes

If you happen to have a butter packet add that along with the powdered milk.
